Solidarity with the "suspended" colleagues at VW Uitenhage, South Africa!

As we learned this week from shop stewards of VW Wolfsburg, VW is even taking legal action against you. Fourteen shop stewards were suspended! We demand the immediate lifting of all reprimands against you and your colleagues. The fact that the Occupational Health and Safety Act in your country even allows you to refuse unsafe work is an important protective right. It is disgusting, that VW accuses you of contracting the disease in your spare time and puts the blame on you.

We will make your case known among your colleagues. We are receiving reports from all over the world that necessary corona protection measures are being lifted to increase profits. Also in Wolfsburg the lines have been set faster again and the colleagues are working close together, just like before Corona.
