Due to the current attacks by the US on Venezuela—now for the first time also on the mainland—and all progressive forces in the region, as well as the accompanying increase in the threat of war, the webinar will take place outside of the regular series.

This time, the 5-minute introductory presentations will all come from America! As a result of the Zimmerwald Conference 2.0, we are very pleased that competent speakers from Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and the US will present their views on the situation, the background to the attacks, and joint proposals for action.
We look forward to an exciting international discussion—controversial where necessary, but above all unifying in terms of common positioning and activities. In the discussion following the introductory presentations, everyone can participate with a speaking time of 2 minutes; please send these contributions to us by January 15, 2026, if possible, so that they can be translated in advance.
