Resolution of Ford workers against the war in Ukraine and the governments' war policy

We, colleagues from the factories of Ford condemn the imperialist attack of Russia on Ukraine. Stop the bombing immediately! Russian troops out of Ukraine! The NATO military alliance under the leadership of the USA with its gradual eastward enlargement has provoked this situation.

The danger of a III. World War III has never been so great. Both imperialist camps NATO/USA/EU and Russia are obviously ready for anything.
Our own experiences in the struggle for jobs have proven that a policy of renouncing wage increases in the struggle for our jobs is an illusory path and an adaptation to the capitalist logic of profit. Likewise, we fundamentally reject a renunciation of a struggle for higher wages as demanded by bourgeois politicians for their alleged peace policy. We also reject all rearmament programmes of our governments. This does not serve peace, on the contrary. They do not get our support for their war policy. Let's use the upcoming May Day to take our struggle against all imperialism, against the war in Ukraine and the danger of world war into the workplaces and onto the streets!
